At Estel Herbs & Therapies Holistic Clinic & Apothecary (EHT Clinics), we provide professional herbal medicine and complementary therapies with a personalised, whole-person approach to health and wellbeing.
Our clinic combines Clinical Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Therapy, Fertility Reflexology, Reflexology and Complementary Therapies with an in-house herbal dispensary and apothecary. Our herbal preparations are carefully formulated using quality botanical ingredients and tailored, where appropriate, to individual patient needs following consultation.
Founded by a Medical Herbalist BSc (Hons), Nutritional Therapist, Fertility Reflexologist and Complementary Therapist, EHT Clinics brings together evidence-informed Western herbal medicine, traditional knowledge and complementary approaches to support each person as an individual — considering their health history, lifestyle, nutrition and overall wellbeing.
From women’s health and fertility to digestive health, skin concerns, musculoskeletal wellbeing and long-term health support, our focus is on understanding the individual rather than simply addressing isolated symptoms. Herbal consultations enable us to develop personalised recommendations and, where appropriate, bespoke herbal prescriptions.
Alongside our clinical services, the EHT Apothecary offers professionally formulated herbal and botanical wellness products, produced with a strong commitment to quality and responsible practice.
