Aromatherapy Massage
Therapeutic touch combined with carefully selected essential oils.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy Massage combines massage techniques with appropriately selected essential oils to create a personalised treatment supporting relaxation and overall wellbeing. At EHT Clinics essential oils are selected with consideration for your individual preferences, health history and treatment goals.
Personalised Essential Oil Selection. Aromatherapy is not simply about choosing a pleasant fragrance. Before treatment, your practitioner considers your health history, medications, allergies, sensitivities and treatment goals before selecting appropriate essential oils. Essential oils are diluted appropriately in a suitable carrier oil before being applied to the skin.
What Happens During Your Appointment?
Your appointment begins with a brief consultation to establish your treatment needs and ensure that massage and the selected essential oils are appropriate.
The massage is then adapted to your preferences and comfort. Your privacy and dignity are maintained throughout treatment, with only the area being treated appropriately uncovered.
After Your Treatment
Allow yourself time to rest following your massage. Follow the personalised aftercare recommendations provided by your practitioner and report any unexpected skin sensitivity or reaction.
